Barn ConversionsThis has been a very interesting project and a challenge to create a modern development and still keep that old charm of the old barns. The old barns foundations have been under pinned,new concrete floors layed and the roofs are to be replaced and new dormer windows formed into the new roof to create bedroom 4 and a third bathroom. The two barns are to be connected via a new link with large oak window frames to roof level and downstairs WC, barn 1 will form the kitchen with arga and open fire and upstairs bedroom 4 and bathroom 3. leaving Barn 1 its two steps up into the new link and then into Barn 2 will form the new dining room and upstairs bathroom 2. It's then down three steps into the new extension which consist of.... Groundfloor: large Lounge with open fireplace and large glass front set in large oak frames to roof level and oak beam feature, Garden room with oak beam features leading to a Study and Conseratory.... First Floor: consists of three further bedrooms and bathroom 1.
